frequently asked questions

    • We send out boop.mail club in the first week of every month. This means if you join in June, your first delivery will arrive in July (your June edition).

    • Australian members usually receive it within 3-10 business days of sending.

    • boop.mail club is billed on the same day of the month that you initially signed up. So if you signed up in the 8th of May, you’ll be billed on the 8th of June and 8th of July etc. If you would like to cancel your subscription you just need to do so before your next billing cycle.

    • Shipping costs are included in the subscription price

  • At this time, boop.mail club is only available to Australian members. We are currently working on expanding into international memberships and hope to offer this soon.
