Products Boop by Them sells original artworks and art products. Due to the handmade nature of our work, slight variations in texture, colour, or finish may occur. We do our best to accurately display colours and details in our product images, however colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
Pricing All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment Payments are securely processed through the payment providers available on our website. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.
Shipping Orders will be shipped within 5 business days of purchase unless otherwise stated. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery. Delivery timeframes will vary depending on your location and the postal service used. Boop by Them is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or courier providers once the item has been dispatched.
Refunds & Returns We offer refunds for items returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund: • The item must be returned in its original condition. • The item must be unused and undamaged. • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Damaged Items If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage and packaging so we can resolve the issue.
