Products
boop.by them sells original artworks and art products. Due to the handmade nature of our work, slight variations in texture, colour, or finish may occur. We do our best to accurately display colours and details in our product images, however colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment
Payments are securely processed through the payment providers available on our website. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

Shipping
All orders will be shipped with tracking according to the timelines on each product page. 

Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. 

Refunds & Returns
Given the limited nature of the items in this store, we do not accept returns or exchanges or issue refunds. 

Damaged Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage and packaging so we can resolve the issue.
